Return Policy

Return Policy

eAccu-Tech.com Return PolicyItems purchased from eAccu-Tech are easily returned within 30 days. These items must be unopened, in new condition, and include all accessories. Opened products may only be returned if product is deemed defective, consult the manufacture first to determine if product is defective. Products must be returned within 30 days, however, eAccu-Tech reserves the right to authorize returns beyond 30 days. If a past 30 days return is authorized, the credit will be applied to future purchases only.

If your return product is accepted, we will post credit to your eAccu-Tech account within 24 hours from the time we receive the product(s) in one of our distribution centers.

Returns Are Easy

To request a return through eAccu-Tech Return Department:

Email returns@eaccu-tech.com.

In order to authorize your return we'll need:

  • Customer name
  • Invoice or Order Number
  • Item part number
  • Number of items being returned
  • Nature of the problem


Once we receive this information, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please make a copy for your records and include your RMA with the product when you ship it back to one of our distribution centers.

We will provide you with the appropriate pre-paid shipping label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit amount. 

If your returned product is accepted, we will post credit to the same method of payment as the product was purchased within 24 hours from the time we receive the product(s) in one of our distribution centers.


Non-Returnable Items

Any custom product such as fiber cabling or copper cabling cut to length cannot be returned. 


Defective Items

If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual (which arrived with the item) and the eAccu-Tech.com detail page for the product. You can usually find troubleshooting information there. If you need additional assistance, you need to request missing pieces or replacement parts, or you need warranty information, please contact the product's manufacturer directly.

If the items is in fact defective, eAccu-Tech.com will cover the return shipping costs and will send you a replacement.


Wrong Items

If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us for a replacement. If you ordered the wrong product, let us know and we'll work to get the proper materials to you.
