Items purchased from eAccu-Tech are easily returned within 30 days. All items must be unopened, in new condition, and include all accessories. Opened products may only be returned if the product is deemed defective. You must consult the manufacturer first to determine if product is defective. eAccu-Tech reserves the right to authorize returns beyond 30 days. If a past 30 days return is authorized, the credit will be applied to future purchases only.

Once we receive this information, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please make a copy for your records and include your RMA with the product when you ship it back to one of our distribution centers.
We may be able to provide you with the appropriate pre-paid shipping label. If so, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund credit amount.
Non-Stocked Items
If you ordered an item that was not in stock in one of our warehouses, then your return will depend on the manufacturer's return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Any custom product such as fiber cabling or copper cabling cut to length cannot be returned.
Defective Items
If your item is not working properly, please check the product manual and the eAccu-Tech.com detail page for the product. You can usually find troubleshooting information there. If you need additional assistance, you need to request missing pieces or replacement parts, or you need warranty information, please contact the product's manufacturer directly.
If the items is, in fact, defective, eAccu-Tech.com will cover the return shipping costs and will send you a replacement.
Wrong Items
If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us for a replacement. If you ordered the wrong product, let us know and we'll work to get the proper materials to you.
